Keeper league trade question..yes or no

I am in a keeper league and just want an answer of would you trade A for B . Maybe give an opinion of why/
I appreciate any input.I won't say if I am A or B.Just fair or not.

Team A is giving up Peyton Manning Team B is giving up Peyton Hillis and Plaxico Burress.

So is this fair and if not why.Thanks for any input

It's fair but I wouldn't deal Peyton for those 2 unless I was desperate at RB. I don't trust Hillis and I think Burress will be a monumental bust. The only reason I think it is currently fair is the neck injury to Peyton. If he was 100%, no way would I make that deal.
