I'm liking your team, except for a couple thing.
Don't draft a backup QB (optional), TE, DEF, and K. This is because WR/RB are the most valueble postions is the game. You want as many options at the WR/RB spot as possible.
Instead of drafting Eli Manning, you could have gotten guys like Beanie Wells, Pierre Garcon, Jospeph Addai, or Steve Smith. You could perhaps still even make a trade for one of these guys, to improve your depth.
Drop the Detroit Defense. You really do not need a backup defense for any reason. In that roster spot, you can get a good sleeper with that position. If you think there are some rookies in your league, you can even try to trade them for people like Davone Bess, Rashad Jennings, or even Lee Evans. But if not, drop them and pick up a sleeper.
Trade Aaron Hernadez. You can get someone like Jerome Simpson, Ronnie Brown, Mike Williams (SEA), and Darren Sproles.
Just a few things I see. Good draft overall, only thing I see is improving your RB/WR depth.
Draft September 2nd! Last Year 2nd Place 9-4-1 in regular season
