I was offered 2 trades:

1. Rashard Mendenhall and Brandon lloyd for Hakeem Nicks and Ryan Mathews.
2. Rashard Mendenhall and Sidney Rice for Andre Johnson.

Which one should I accept or should I accept niether?

I wouldn't take either of those deals. You are in pretty good shape.

You can do better. Mendy is the top draft pick and you own him, make them pay if you are willing to deal him.

Id try to get a decent RB thrown in on the AJohnson deal and do that one. I like AJohnson better than Mendy and i dont think Rice has much value this year, so i'd jump at the chance to upgrade from Rice to AJ. Felix has some upside on your bench, but id feel better about it if he would add a decent Rb so you arent relying on felix every week.

Maybe come back with something like Mendy+Felix+ Rice for AJ and his RB2? (depends who that is of course, but i think that would load you up pretty good), Youve still got Thomas as your potential breakout RB.
