Okay in the ESPN 12-team league I am in, you can have one holdover each year. If they were drafted in rounds 1-10, they count as your pick in the keeper round, if past that 11-15, they count as your pick in that round you drafted them.
In my case, I took ben roethlisberger in the 13th last year (due to his suspension), so he was my clear cut value keeper, which allows me a pick in the keeper round.
QBs are the most valuable in this league due to 6 pts per TD
