Is M.Lynch a RB3?

I'm in a 12 team IDP dynasty league. .1 ppyr, 6pt all td's, and no ppr

Here is my current rb situation. All the rookies are sitting on my taxi squad.

RB1-A.Peterson
RB2-D.McFadden
RB3-M.Lynch
RB4-B.Green-Ellis
RB5-D.Murray
RB6-B.Powell
RB7-T.Jones

Is this enough at the rb position?

That depends. How many do you have to start? How many CAN you start using any flex position(s)?

I think he is a low 3 - but I actually have BGE ranked a bit higher. I think between BGE and Lynch you should be OK
