I'm not sure if you'd be interested in a Draftmasters league, but I'm trying to put one together with the things you're looking for (10 team, $25, PPR). I'm planning on doing the draft on Sunday, Aug. 28 at 1:00 pm ET.

What is a draft master league?

It's a league where you only draft and that's your team for the year. No free agents, no trading, no setting lineups. Your lineup each week is determined by the best possible lineup that can be constructed from the roster you drafted. The prize winners are determined by total points from weeks 1-16.

So there is zero in-season management of your team. It's a good type of league for people who don't have a lot of time during the season to keep up with everything. Or it's good for people who are already in a bunch of leagues, but don't want to spend extra time during the season on another league, but want to make use of all the research they did before the season in preparation for other drafts.
