If you're saying that this deal is on the table to you, accept it immediately. Foster is one of the best in the business and has a shot at retaining his title as top RB for fantasy heading into this year. Welker's got a bunch of added value in a PPR league but Manningham's value could end up being pretty high with the departure of Steve Smith, and even in the best case scenario for Welker, I don't think he can make up the difference between Foster and Gore.

If it's been offered to you: take it and run.
If you're thinking about proposing this: I wouldn't accept as the Foster owner, but take a shot!

No, I wanted to offer him that. I guess I would have to offer Mike Wallace. Would that be too much? Gore and Wallace for Foster and Manningham??

My guess is that it may take more to get Foster away from him, and it would depend on his roster to be able to help make a valid offer

Well you can always offer it up, but based on what Foster did last year and Gores injury history I'm guessing he is going to turn down this deal. To me Welker is a upgrade in a ppr format, but Manningham should continue to grow, and with Smith and Boss out of the picture now he will get that many more looks from Eli. Good luck.
