6th Pick - WHIR

Standard league 4 pts QB TD and 6 for all others, and 25 yds/pt passing, 10 yds/pt for all others.

10 team league and I get the dreaded 6th pick.

If any of the following fall to me I will take them (always happens but this is a worst case scenario):
CJ
ADP
Foster
Charles
Rice

But if they are the top 5 picks, my options are Rodgers, Vick, Mendenhall, McCoy, A. Johnson

Who any why?

McCoy. I have him clearly ranked at #6 as at this point he has as much of a shot at being the #1 RB as any of the other 5. I don't draft QB's in the 1st, ever so your QB options are out for me. In a PPR league I would consider AJ but not in a standard.

IT just comes down to positional scarcity. YOu need to start 2 RB's and there just aren't very many solid options at the RB position.

I have McCoy at 7 - I think getting one of the 5 you can go wrong, if they are gone then either MJD or McCoy doen't hurt your team starting off. Taking a QB in the first round just puts you behind all draft long and it is very hard to recover.
