Why post if you were not complete/done with your keepers and have a pending trade in the works. I think it just makes for a sticky situation all around. If you don't post until it is final ...no problems

With the deadline still not passed I'm not sure how they can claim that you don't have rights over that player. I think you are OK, but I would have waiting to post until things were final to avoid the whole issue...that's just me

I hope this works out for you, haha. In reality though, if those are you keepers, I think you can pretty safely just sit around and not worry about this little mishap, as you will, in all likelihood simply dominate your league.

Yeah, they look decent, but I've been beaten EVERY YEAR with these guys (even in the pre-keeper years). It's two people who keep winning this league every season, and this year I aim to change it.
