#1 pick in a 12 team 2 QB league - Take Rodgers? WHIR

I'm in a 12 team 2 QB PPR redraft league and I have #1 overall pick. I'm leaning toward taking Rodgers but it's not cut and dry. If I don't take a QB I won't get one until the wrap around for picks 24 and 25 and I will likely only get a guy like Eli Manning or Big Ben as my QB1.

The questions are:

1) Do I take a QB 1st overall and if so, do I take Rodgers? Vick? Peyton?
2) If not, do I take Peterson? Foster? Rice? Charles?
3) What should be my strategy for my first 3 rounds? I'm thinking QB, RB and WR since RB looks shallower than WR and I figure worst case I will still land a WR like Wallace at 25, but likely someone better like Wayne.

Tough question since you could make a case for a QB, but I still would not go with one at #1 overall. I would take a RB and depending on how many/which QBs go think about going QB back to back in rounds 2/3 or QB/WR. I like a lot of the later round WRs so I think you could pull this off. A lot will depend on how the draft plays out, but I would not go QB at #1

The problem is last year 10[b]QB's were selected in the first 20 picks, so I would be likely looking at 11th or 12 best QB which is insane but the reality. Would likely leave me with Cutler, Flacco or Stafford etc along with say Arian Foster and Miles Austin. Or I could go Rodgers first overall but then with picks 24 and 25 end up with Mendenhall and Austin. I think I like the Rodgers scenario but who the f really knows???[/b]

I'd see if I could trade down a few spots from #1 overall and maybe snag another 2nd or 3rd rounder, then go QB after profiting from that deal.

You know your league and if you think your league will go QB happy in the 1st & 2nd, then I can see you taking a QB 1st. reason being, if 10+ QB's will be taken between your picks, that still leaves a ton of value at RB & WR for you for picks 24/25.

While it's tough for me to convince myself to take a QB 1st, in a 2x QB league, it might actually he better to start the run then get stuck at the end if it.

I've never done a 2 QB league, so it is a tad foreign to me, but I can see there being a case for it in this case. I gree tahat there will be great RB/WR value at 24-25 if so many people take QB's, so you can roll the dice.
