Will be dumping my 3rd QB for him. Who's got the most upside this year? I know Cobb will be a PR, not sure about anyone else.

Purely based on upside I'd go with Greg Little. Little has struggled in camp but he's talented. The situation isn't great but he could develop something with McCoy. Obviously none of these guys are sure bets, so might as well swing.
