Hey I havn't commished in 3 yrs.
Whats the standard default settings for most leagues now?

flex position? wr/rb???
ppr standard?
qb td 4pts or 6pts?
bonuses?

are divisions good to have?

honestly, almost any format you can think of is in use. The websites running FFB have allowed for hundred of permutations. you will find that the most common leagues use the ESPN or yahoo default settings.

Don't use bonuses though, they are idiotic. is 100 yards really worth 4 points more then 99 yard?

Your best bet would be to use ESPN default settings this year and get a feel for things. Next year you could change them around a bit.

About the bonuses ... I agree, getting 4 points for 100 as opposed to 99 is not really a good system.

My standard is to give 1 point for 100+ yards, then I give an additional 3 points for 200+. You might argue 199 is one yard less than 200, but I think bonus for good performance should be awarded and there has to be a cut off somewhere.

Anyway, most leagues are:
1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1te, 1k, 1def, 1flex (rb/wr/te)
and I think 7bn is standard with 1 IR spot.
