Keeper help: Marshall or Holmes?

I've been trying to decide this all summer and now my keeper deadline is approaching...

My No. 1 WR is Greg Jennings, I have to decide between Brandon Marshall and Santonio Holmes as my WR2.

I believe Marshall is the more talented, but Holmes seems to be in a better situation... this is one of these things where I just get the feeling whoever I don't keep is going to absolutely go off.

Anyone have an opinion on this?

I'm kinda leaning towards Marshall, but that changes day to day...

My other keepers are:

QB - Brees
WR - Jennings, ?
RB - Peterson, Gore
D - Mayo
