Huge draft pick trade, WHIR

Hey guys. I'm in a 10 team non-PPR league with no keepers. I have the 6th overall pick and was trying to trade up to #4, but we agreed on a deal that had me end up with 2 first round picks. Our trade was:

I give: 15th overall, 26th overall, 105 overall
I receive: 4th overall, 64th overall, 77th overall

Of course acquiring the #4 pick is awesome. A potential duo of Charles-Rice (if I'm lucky) would be a force to be reckoned with. I definitely lose some quality depth by trading away my 2nd and 3rd round picks, but there are so many players I love this year in the 60-80 range that I see as definite sleepers. I felt that getting a stud runningback and mid-round depth made the deal worth it for me, but do you guys agree? All advice is appreciated, thanks!

DO IT! Think of it this way....you are trading your 2/3 for a 1st round pick. You only really lose one pick in this deal...Go for it!
