I think it makes the WR spot more valuable, even if you don't get a PPR.
With alot of teams using RBBC the odds of you finding 3 stud RBs is slim to none. I'd stick to my 2 RBs, and go for 4 WRs.
I'd flip flop back and forth in the draft, and keep those positions in mind and grab BPA...and don't be afraid to get two top TEs if they fall, as a Gates/WItten will give you numbers equal to a WR1/WR2.
