HELP! Which Defenses have weak schedules? WHIR

Hey guys,

I'm in a 12 team league where defense actually matters. You LOSE points for every point your defense gives up and for every 10 yards your defense gives up. We use a $106 dollar salary cap to buy players at auction. the past few years I tried to only spend a few bucks on defense and play the matchups... but this year I want to spend $10-$12 on a top defense and not have to worry about it. I need some help on which defense to go after...

Here is our defensive scoring: (note the sliding scales... the more yards and points you give up, the more points you lose per yard or DPA)

Defensive points Against (DPA)
0 - 6 DPAs = -.05 points for every 1 DPA
7 - 13 DPAs = -.2 points for every 1 DPA
14 - 20 DPAs = -.5 points for every 1 DPA
21 - 29 DPAs = -1 point for every 1 DPA
30 - 39 DPAs = -1.5 points for every 1 DPA
40+ DPAs = -2 points for every 1 DPA

Yards Allowed:
0 - 50 YDSs = -.05 points for every 10 YDSs
51 - 100 YDSs = -.25 points for every 10 YDSs
101 - 150 YDSs = -.45 points for every 10 YDSs
151 - 200 YDSs = -.65 points for every 10 YDSs
201 - 250 YDSs = -.85 points for every 10 YDSs
251 - 300 YDSs = -1.05 points for every 10 YDSs
301 - 350 YDSs = -1.25 points for every 10 YDSs
351 - 400 YDSs = -1.5 points for every 10 YDSs
401 - 500 YDSs = -1.75 points for every 10 YDSs
501+ YDSs = -2 points for every 10 YDSs

Your defense can gain points for doing the following:
Defensive Fumble Recovered +3 points
Defensive Fumble Recovery Yards: 0+ DFRYds = +1 point for every 10 DFRYds
Defensive TD +7 points
Forced Fumble +3 points
Interception +6 points
Interception Yards 0+ IntYds = +1 point for every 10 IntYds
Sack +2 points
Safety +9 points

some defenses were kept form last year, here are the remaining ones. I figure the top defenses (bears and jets) will probably go for $15 or more... which is more then I'd like to spend. so im looking for sort of a sleeper (a good defense that has an easy schedule to make them a great defense). here are the defenses in order to how they finished last year: post a link and I'll help with your post!

I'd shoot for the Ravens.

They are 2nd overall in strength of schedule next to Arizona.

Baltimore has always been known as a defensive team, and the fact that on paper they look to have a cake schedule this year makes them my choice.

The eagles figure to improve greatly this year, I'd target them. As a super sleeper, the Texans' defense improved a lot this offseason as well. I'd take a flier on them!

also, I guess I'll add that once we buy a player (or defense) at auction, we can sign them for up to 5 years at their current sallary. (signing happen after the auction but before the season starts)

Any suggestion on a team that may be ok now but in a year or 2 will be a top defense? (I don't follow college football much, so I have no idea how teams did in the draft)
