just finished auction, who to sign long term? WHIR

Hey guys, finished my 12 team PPR dynasty auction. we have a $108 cap, after the auction we can sign any player we picked up at that years auction for 1 to 5 years at their current salary. if you drop a player during the contract, you incur a cap penalty of 50% of the contract for the remaining years (etc. I sign terrell owens for $10 for 3 years, but decide to drop him, I'd have a $5 penalty for the next 3 years if I dropped him)

here are the players I just picked up (and are eligible to be signed)

RB: Frank gore $19 (probably only going to sign for 1 year)
RB: M. tolbert $1
RB: Larod stephens howling $0.25 (Our league awards points for return yards 20 yards = 1pt, if you get +50 return yards, 15 yards = 1pt, if you get 100 yards 10 yards = 1PT)
TE: O. Daniels $8
DEF: Eagles $12.49 (Defense matters in the league, -1 pt for every defensive point against, and -1 for every 10 yards your D gives up..big points for INT's and Fumble recoverys)
WR: D. Bess $0.75


The rest of my team:
QB: D. brees $21.49 2 years
WR:D. amendola $0.50/2 years
WR: A. boldin $12/1 year
WR: P. garcon $10/1year
WR: M.sims-walker $6/4 years

Bench:
QB: M. cassel $3/3 years
RB: S. verneen $0.50/4 years
WR: J. jones $1.50/4 years
TE: C. cooley $3/2 years

For teh price I would sign Tolbert and Bess. The penalty you incur if they get cut is minimal and well worth signing them longterm. I would look at the 3 to 4 years each.
