Tough to say... If it was full 1pt/rec I'd say you'd be reaching even at 36.
.5PPR and I would probably avoid him at the 25 slot. Let the other guys reach for 2-down RB's and think about guys like DMC/Bradshaw/Felix who will probably average an extra 2pts per game due to the 3rd down dumpoffs that Blount probably won't get.
He'll probably be there at 36. I drafted him there in my PPR league and I don't regret it. Even if he isn't there on 3rd downs a lot he can still be a solid RB2 I think. Michael Turner 2.0 IMO. And he definitely has some upside if his offense has improved this year.
id put my money on him being there at 36 unless someone reaches for him. i think he is going to be good...but taking him at he pick before would be reaching i think.
I would say 25, if he is there. No way he lasts until 36 in normal leagues but I just rechecked your initial post and saw 2 QB league so I'd say he might be there at 36 but if you really want him grab him at 25. I saw him as him as high as #7 RB.

Average draft position for Blount lands him around #30. Dude has no tandem back to worry about. I bet he is not there at 36. .5 ppr or not a td is still worth 6, no?
