I have taken over a league as commissioner in the last few weeks for a league that was in disaray. One of the issues is that the by-laws and what were being done were not always in sync. A group of owners got together and re-wrote the bylaws. We are all new to the commissioner role. I was hoping that someone out here would be willing to look at our by-laws and provide me with any suggestions before I put them to a vote by the owners.
