Ray Rice VS J. Charles who to take???

I have the third pick in a 12 team non PPR. I have to draft in 4 days and if CJ signs I might take him. However, if he is still out I don't even want to deal with that situation so I want to know if I should take Rice or Charles? I have had Charles for the last 2 years and he has been good but he has a tough run schedule and T. Jones is still around. Rice should get all the work but I am still not sure any help would be great.

I hope/expect big things from Rice this year. I don't know where I pick in any of my drafts but I am hoping for the 4th position so I can take him in a couple leagues.

I hve Rice ranked #1 in all formats. Too many questions marks from the other big 3.

In your opinion, off of the top of your head without doing any quick research, who has the better O-Line? KC or Baltimore?

I would bet most people would say Baltimore does but look at the Stats below after comparing Charles and Rice. These stats dont lie and thats why I have Charles above Rice. I think he's simply the better RB

1. AP - he's All Day, no one has proven that they can claim the #1 title yet

2. Foster - I read somewhere that he had a higher YPC without Leach in front of him

3. Charles - he's going to get more touches this year, 230 att @ 1,467 yds (6.4 avg), 5 TDs + 45 rec @ 468 yds, 3 TDs , and he's going to get more TD's this year. This guy is an animal and KC needs to let the leash out a little further

4. Rice - Im still not sold on putting him any higher, he had every opportunity last year and he didnt produce at the level Charles did. Charles is a better back in my opinion. 307 rushing attempts @ 1,220 yds, 5 TDs (4.0 avg) + 63 rec @ 556 yds, 1 TD

Such a tough call. Look at the schedule and Charles wins even though I like Baltimore's offense and Rice as a RB better too. I'm hoping CJ signs tomorrow and looks good in whatever preseason action he gets so I can take him instead...
