A.Gates trade for Grant and Vernon Davis? 100% Whir

I feel I am kinda of weak at RB .
Here is what I am working with in this league

WR 2 Colsten

Bench RBS
Daniel Thomas.j starks,Woodhead,Ridely,D.Ward

Bench WRs
Harvin,Boldin,J.Jones.J Nelson

I know MIA Runs the ball alot and Bush shouldnt take too many of the touches from rookie Thomas but I am never sold on rookies.

With grant and already having starks I would have all GB rushing yards for what they are worth this year

Gates gets the high end WR points when he is not hurt

Because this league has a flex spot, I think I would do the deal. Vernon Davis is still a top tight end, but I'm sure you know that when Antonio Gates is healthy he is far and away the number one tight end. Without a doubt it is a downgrade at TE, but Ryan Grant should be able to put up RB2 numbers.

Hands down do this deal. The difference between Gates and Davis should not be huge this year, and you get Ryan Grant!

I'd do it for sure, Gates was still hurting from the injury last year last time I checked.

Vernon is a very solid TE and yeah, you could use an RB so I like it.

I love Gates but this sures up your RB situation and is not a huge downgrade at TE. Take the deal.

i like the trade ..if grant stays healthy ur getting the better end of the deal... davis is a good te and i think grant has a great year on the best offense in the league

I don't think you are as bad off at RB as you think, but regardless I like Grant to have a bounce back year, and the drop from Gates to Davis isn't as much as you think.

I'd do this deal and plug Grant into my flex.
