Entry Fee $50 – 100% of money paid back to winners

Each week you enter who you think will win each NFL game assigning each game a confidence value from 16 to 1. For each game you pick the correct winner, the confidence value you assigned is added to your score.

2009 had 23 players in the pool and 2010 had 28 players in the pool. I hope the pool will grow again this year so there will be a bigger prize pool. I expect between 30 and 50 people to join this pool. Pool will be hosted by CBS where you will enter your picks each week.

All money will be sent to, held, and winnings returned by www.fantasysportsvault.com. I will not need to touch your entry fee! All entry fees are due by Wednesday, September 7.

Details of Payouts:

NFL confidence pool entry fee $50 (about $3 per week). 100% buy in paid back to winners. About 65% of total winnings will be paid to weekly winners (about top 10% of teams will win weekly) and 35% of total winnings will be paid to season winners (about top 30% of teams win). All winnings will be paid at the end of the NFL season.

Sample payouts with 26 people: $1300 prize pool
Top 3 each week (30, 15, 6) - $867 total
Top 9 full season (125, 95, 70, 50, 35, 25, 17, 10, 5) -
$432 total

Sample payouts with 50 people: $2500 prize pool
Top 5 each week (40, 25, 17, 10, 5) - $1649 total
Top 15 full season (150, 125, 105, 89, 76, 65, 55, 46, 38,
31, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5) - $855 total

Any ties for the week or season are split.
