#2 Pick Question, WHIR

Postby favreonfire » Thu Aug 25, 2011 11:13 pm

Ok guys...Standard scoring, six points per TD, NO PPR, 5 pt bonus after 100 rushing or receiving yards. Keeper league.
RB's gone: AP, Foster, Rice, Jamaal Charles, Gore, DMAC(ME)...WR Kept: Andre, Fitz...QB Kept: Peyton, Rodgers

Ok so I have the #2 pick...10 man snake draft. I really would love to take LeSean (cj2k out of my picture) or Vick if he doesn't go at one, but I'm very scared of my WR depth, as I will be waiting quite some time to get my next pick. Would it be a bad move to go Roddy White here @ 2 and wait for say Felix Jones or Beanie Wells later on?

Thanks for any input fellas, and I will help in return.

What is available and who did you keep? Stop reaching for Vick.
I'd take Roddy White if available.

I'd go White or Calvin Johnson.

Ended up going Roddy at 2...then came around and grabbed V-Jax in the 3rd, Rivers in the 4th! Pretty happy about my decision there! Thanks ;-D
