It's not a ppr league or a keeper league. Two RB's, two WR's and a flex WR/RB spot. Just looking for some thoughts on my team. Thanks!
QB - Tom Brady, Kyle Orton RB - Mendenhall, Hillis, Shonn Greene, Addai WR - Hakeem Nicks, Steve Johnson, Plaxico Burress, Lance Moore TE - Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski K - Dan Carpenter DEF - San Diego
Might drop one of the TE's and pick up another RB, just not sure which one.
Very solid at qb but I'm not crazy about the rest of the team Rb has depth but I'm not crazy about ur starters Mendenhall is the only one that u know will give u something. The rest are all risky WR is even worse. Im not wild about nicks since he drops a lot of balls. And after him it's all up in the air. If Stevie can have a similar Year llke last then it may work out
Love the Mendenhall pick, he's an absolute workhorse and should produce nicely. Wr's are a little weak, but Burress to me will take over the Steve Johnson at the #2. Hes a redzone animal. Good luck
I like it. Honestly, I think Addai, when he's healthy, will have a good year and be very useful as a flex spot. Even though he doesn't get a ton of yardage, he still gets good TDs and decent yardage, esp. for a RB3. You might not have a clear cut RB2 after Mendenhall, but IMO between Greene, Hillis, and Addai, you will at least be able to play situational matchups and get solid points, I'd bet. Tom Brady is a top 3 QB this year, IMO. Good there.
I love stevie johnson. Nicks, who knows, but Steve Smith is gone now, and Manning loves throwing to him. The Giants can't afford not to keep Nicks involved.
At QB your in great shape, Brady will have another fantastic year (maybe not MVP-status again though). I think the combo of Mendenhall and Hillis is solid if unspectacular, but you have nice depth there. I'm not thrilled with your WR's, if Steve Johnson busts you could be in bad shape there seeing as you don't have great depth there (Nicks is a nice #1 though). TE's have some upside, between the 2 of them I think a decent starter will emerge. Rate mine? viewtopic.php?t=492766
I totally agree with you guys, my WR's could use some work after Nicks, but really depends on whether johnson lives up to last year. Thanks all for your help! Greatly appreciated.
