Drafting RB

I am in a 12 team H2H league. We keep three but can only keep guys from "your team". My team is the Packers so I kept Rodgers, Jennings and Finley. I have the fourth pick in the draft and here are the RB available:

Foster
Rice
Charles
(I expect these guys to be the first three picks. If not then I am probably taking one of them.)

McFadden
Forte
Jones-Drew
Jackson
Gore
Turner
Greene
Felix Jones
DeAngelo


There are of course others but I think these are the top ones. Problem is that every one of these guys has some sort of question mark surrounding them. So who would you feel comfortable with as your #1 RB? Thanks
