My first PPR draft, how did I do?

I have done FF for a while but this is my first PPR league. I had the 4th pick out of 12 teams in a snake draft. This league starts 2 wr and 2 rb along w/ 1 flex wr/rb.

1rd 4th pick: Lesean McCoy
2rd 21st pick: Matt Forte
3rd 28th pick: Reggie Wayne
4th 45th pick: Brandon Marshall
5th 52nd pick: Mark Ingram
6th 69th: Anquan Boldin
7th 76th: Chad Ochocinco
8th 93rd: Mike Thomas (JAX)
9th 100: Jimmy Graham
10th 117th: Matthew Stafford
11th 124th: Kevin Kolb
12th 141: Patriots Defense
13th 148: Demarco Murray
14th 165: Marion Barber
15th 172: Earl Bennet
16th 189: Matt Bryant

I'm not happy w/ my qb's but they started going early, so I want to make a move there because Stafford is a liability. Other than that I am happy w/ my depth at WR and RB. What do you think? WHIR and I'll leave you some feedback! Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't worry that much about your QB. I think if Stafford can stay healthy (a big If I know) he will put up solid numbers for you. Kolb is going to be good in ARI - you can play matchups each week with those two QBs if you want.

Besides, by waiting on QB you managed to get two good RBs and a top WR -- not bad at all in a 12 team league.
