Strategy w/ Only 2 WR Spots?

How would you approach a draft where there are only 2 starting WR slots? I assume you'd downgrade them slightly?

We still have 1 QB, 2 RB, 1 RB/WR. Scoring is .5 PPR and 6 points all TDs.

I would take a stud early, then focus on every other position. Later in the draft, I would load up on WR flyers and hope I hit on one.

I wouldn't downgrade them at all, I just wouldn't take as many.

An elite WR is a luxury regardless of whether you start 1 or 4.
