Round 2/3 Draft Strategy Advice Needed PPR WHIR!!!!

I have the first pick in a 12 team ppr league with 6 points for passing TDs. We use 2 RBs, 2 WRs and a flex RB/WR.

I plan to take Arian Foster number 1, unless something comes out in the next couple days that his hammy is a serious thing. Otherwise I'd probably take Ray Rice.

My question is about round 2/3 (pick 24/25). Knowing the guys in my league, Vick, Rodgers and Brees will be gone. AJ, Calvin, Fitz, Nicks, Roddy will be gone. The best RBs left would be guys like Hillis, Bradshaw, etc.

I could go Brady and a WR (someone like Austin, Wayne, Vincent Jackson, Jennings, etc).
OR
I could go 2 WRs.

There is a good chance Romo, Peyton Manning and Matt Ryan are all gone by my round 4/5 pick, which means I'd have to wait until later in the draft to get someone like Stafford.
If I take Brady, I'm going to be really weak at either RB2, WR2 or TE, since I won't be able to address one of those until round 6/7.

I can't decide what the best strategy is. Any advice?

I would be going RB/WR or WR/WR at the turn.

Quick look at ADP and you ahve a shot at Nicks, Jennings, Wallace and Forte and even Wayne. I would take all 5 of them over Brady.
