PPR Rd 4 pick WR or TE

1.5 per recep TE 1per WR RB... I have A.Johnson, Vick, Forte coming back i will have a shot at one of these five... Wayne, Jennings, Vjax or TE Gates(unlikely there) Witten Clark or Finley.... the only decent RB's in comparative value at my pick would be Javid Best and Hillis who i think are both too risky and would rather risk getting a Blount, Bradshaw, Jones coming back... With TE's at 1.5 per Recep i'm tempted to go in that direction but its hard to say no to having 2 of the top 6Wr's in a ppr league when the mid range TE's pool is pretty decent...
