I will start peyton manning if hes healthy

First of all, welcome to the Cafe! Great to see a new face around here and I hope you stick around ;-)

Two great QBs, two top-10 starters at RB, a super deep WR corps - what's not to like? Great job! If/when Peyton is fully healthy I'd look to deal Schaub in a package to upgrade to an elite/less risky TE or maybe WR, but I think you're in really good shape. I'd give you an "A" for this draft.

As for the cuts, I think Jones and Simpson are your guys. You're stacked at WR, and they're literally your WR7 and WR8, so I think they're the guys to cut loose. Torain is close behind Simpson, but I think I'd rather hold onto him at this point ...
