Different Scoring System - WHIR

Postby TheMurph5263 » Mon Aug 29, 2011 12:51 pm

Had 9/10 pick.

All tds are 6 pts

huge bonuses for long tds (up to 24 pt bonus for TD over 50yds)

All "non positional tds" count double - ie a QB rushing td or a RB recieving TD = 12 pts

1 pt per reception....25 passing yards/10 ru/re yards per pt.

QB- Freeman, Stafford
RB - Charles, Blount, Moreno, Bush, Jackson, D. Brown (Ind)
WR/TE - White, Wallace, Gates, Collie, Knox, Avant
K - Henery
D - Falcons
LB - Jerod Mayo

Considering the scoring tweaks I think you drafted well.

Josh Freeman should be able to rush for some TDs this year. He ran the ball 68 times last year, and can move around pretty well. Freeman has a big body and he could get some sneaky red zone carries. Jamaal Charles and Mike Wallace are two of the best players when it comes to long touch downs. Both have crazy speed and are very elusive. You also have some solid pass catching running backs. Charles is also a good bet to grab a couple receiving TDs, as are Knowshon Moreno and Reggie Bush.

You should be competitive in 2011. Good luck ;-D
