8 team league, all potential, how is it?

OK heres my team for now, I'm trying to contemplate if I should accept a trade I was offered or stick with what i've got.
Here's my team followed by round where I took them ( I had 2nd pick, drafted first weekend of august)

QB: Vick (2)
HB: AD (1)
HB: Hillis (4)
WR: Fitz (3)
WR: Dez (5)
WR: Britt (7)
TE: Dallas Clark (6)
K: Janikowski (15)
DEF: Atlanta (14)
BN: Felix Jones (8)
BN: Beanie Wells (FA Pickup)
BN: Sidney RIce (9)
BN: AJ Green (11)
BN: Mike Thomas (13)
BN: Matt Schaub (10)

My trade I was offered can be seen here : viewtopic.php?t=493156

But essentially, I was offered Calvin, Brees, and Mathews for Vick, Felix, Dez, and Sidney. I am leaning towards accepting as there is a lot of talent on the wire, including Marshawn, Daniel Thomas, Pierre Thomas, Santana Moss, Robert Meachem, and Danny Amendola, amongst others.

i wouldn't take it- felix' upside is way higher than mathews, schaub is close enough to brees to make vick worth keeping and though CJ is tempting, i don't think he's worth the jones for mathews trade. keep what you got until your team lets you down, i say.
