Hey all and thank you for checking this out. I have the #2 pick in a ppr 12 team league. Who do I take with the pick? Foster, Rice, or Charles? Foster has the injury risk while Charles is the best RB with the most uncertainty. Rice has the most certainty to play the entire year and get a ton of touches. Thanks for your help.
This is a tough one, and I don't think you can blatantly say to take one over the other. I'd base it on aversion to risk, myself. Foster is an injury risk, but probably has the highest ceiling of the 3. Charles is a beast but has a tough schedule this year and will probably get keyed on by most defences. Rice is going to get lots of rushing a receiving yards every game, but may have some short yardage TDs vultured away again. I think you'll get the most consistency from him, though. If it were me it would be between Rice and Foster. Wish I could spell it out more clearly for you, but it's a tough one!
I'll be in the minority here, but I took Jamaal Charles over Foster and Rice. I don't think Rice will have a huge year this year and Foster's leg worries me, especially being a hammy and with his workload. Charles it is!

And admit it, you would take Foster. No way you can pass him.

I'd take Charles. Then again, I'm an admitted Charles whore. He helped me win a couple titles in '09 off the waiver wire and again last year as a pseudo-sleeper pick.
