I can't speak too much to the IDP portion of your roster because I'm not much of an IDP expert, but I can do a quick rundown of your offensive positions. Touchdowns are a bit discounted in this league compared to a standard scoring counterpart. You receive 10 times as many points per yard (1 per 10 compared to 1 per 1) but only 5 times as many points per TD (6 per TD compared to 30 per TD), so thats worth keeping in mind.

You are strong at both wide receiver and running back. I like the upside of a couple of your wideouts, particularly Austin Collie and Mike Thomas. Ray Rice, Michael Turner, and Jahvid Best make a solid running back trio. I think it is important that you have Turner handcuffed just in case the wheels come off.

Drew Brees and Vernon Davis are both elite options, and should be productive for you all year. Harbaugh could help VD in San Francisco regardless of the quarterback situation.

I'm hoping my post serves as a bit of a bump and that someone with more IDP experience can find your team and help you out. Good luck in 2011 ;-D
