Return to Commissioner's Corner

In an Auction style keeper league Adrian Peterson (not for minnesota, FA who played for Chicago a few years ago) was nominated for $34 and another guy bid $35 and won the bid. Obviously it was a trick and the guy who won the bid claims he was in the bathroom and his girlfriend bid. It should be noted Adrian Peterson (min) is a keeper on someones team so there was no possibility of him being nominated. Question is should the commissioner overturn the bid and undo the $35 bid for the crappy Adrian Peterson or is it tough luck?

That has to be one of the funniest auction draft stories I have ever heard! I would say laugh it off, give him crap (for a while) and overturn. Sounds like it was a sneaky move anyway.
