Cook is going to be a guy that you're going to keep next year, so if you get him at the end and can keep that kind of talent for cheap you'll be way ahead. Lee Evans has the best potential of the receivers you've listed.

I agree with the others Cook is the TE you should target. I like Floyd better mainly because he is in the San Diego offense that likes to throw and he did an excellent job last year when Jackson held out. But Evans is not far behind Floyd.
