Needed some advice on how I did on my draft, most of it was auto-picked as I was unable to make the beginning of it. Please help me improve and win this competitive league.
Who should I get rid of and who should I pick up in the FA? Its a H2H league 10 teams.
Starters: QB: Matt Schaub RB: Rashard Mendenhall RB: Matt Forte RB/WR: Jahvid Best WR: Andre Johnson WR: Reggie Wayne TE: Brand Pettigrew D/ST: Bears K: Stephen Gostkowski
Bench: RB: Cedric Benson RB: Fred Jackson WR: A.J. Green WR: Johnny Knox QB: Jay Cutler WR: Donald Driver WR: Anthony Armstrong
You have good RBs, Mendy will give you great overall #s. Forte won't put up great rushing stats, but makes up for it with receiving stats. Best is a stat stuffer when he's healthy. I love the Schaub-AJ combo. Wayne has been the most consistant WR for years, but definitely keep an eye on Peyton Manning's status. Pettigrew is a sleeper at TE...not elite yet but we'll see how Stafford utilizes him. Bench is very solid. I think you have a winner! Good job and good luck rookie!

Awesome! I hope I do well, I was the 10th pick 1st round too, took AJ and Mendenhall back to back!
Do you think I should start Best over Benson at the RB/WR spot?
When Best is healthy you have to play him over Benson. Great team btw. While there are a few names on the WW list I would just wait. There are always a few guys that come out of no where, and the guys that get those guys usually end up winning. EX: Last year- VICK.

Thanks guys ! Everyone has been helpful, I had considered dropping Anthony Armstrong for Antonio Brown from PITT but the more I read about it, the more I just feel like just waiting it out and seeing who will be available on the FA in a week or two.

What do you guys think about Reggie Wayne's position, should he still be my starter for early games? This week's match looks tough. Do I start benson over best at flex position?
His team: Ben Roethlisberger, Pit QB Jamaal Charles, KC RB Steven Jackson, StL RB Anquan Boldin, Bal WR Calvin Johnson, Det WR Santonio Holmes, NYJ WR Marcedes Lewis, Jac TE Falcons D/ST D/ST Nate Kaeding, SD K
despite Wayne's value drop, but looking at you benches, you really don't have a choice However, good news is, your opponent have Bolding against Pitts, probably won't gain much points neither.
try pick Amendola from waiver, probably your best WR substitute for Wayne. Knox is still not starter, even he obviously had better pre-season performance than Roy Williams (i don't understand). AJ Green...well, can you really trust Cin QB?
Actually, i think Best is the best for your current flex. Despite how NFL, yahoo, ESPN projection says. (extremely high points for Benson and F. Jackson
I would go Best, F.Jackson, Benson for week 1 Flex position in that order. but don't kick yourself if you started the less-point flex i never expect James Starks to get that much points yesterday, and he is on my BN. it's more important to see who will be the better flex in later week
