Holy crap...for those who ignored, slept through, or just checked out after the 3rd quarter of Baylor vs. #14 TCU. You missed one helluva game and one hell of a finish. A bazillion lead changes in the first half. TCU down 47-23 after 3 quarters, the upset for Baylor looked like a done deal, but wow did TCU battle back. Signature drive for Baylor to kick the winner and to hold on, on defense to get the win.

What a game...what a way to start the season!

Crazy game, indeed! Ol' TCU quarterback picked a heck of a time for his first truly poor throw, too, or it might have been a 1-point TCU win where we're talking a lot about missed extra points, etc.

I gotta give that TCU QB some big props, that kid is a gamer. He was dealing with some serious leg cramps most of the second half. And late in the fourth he looked like he could barely stand after every completion. I think the pressure, and more importantly his exhaustion, caught up with him that final drive. He just didn't have anything left in the tank.

And yeah, lots of missed extra points...what the hell is up with that? 2 missed for Baylor, and 1 for TCU? The TCU kicker also missed 2 field goals.

Anyway....so PUMPED for today! I'm nervous but ready for Oregon football to get underway!!!! #3 vs. #4....what a way to start the season. GO DUCKS!!!

I think there's a Oregon game tonight that is nationally televizzled.

Haha...well I hope you tuned in for the second half of Auburn vs. Utah St. Holy crap! Utah St. up by 10 with 4min left. Auburn gets the TD, and the onside kick, and drives the length of the field to go ahead 42-38 with like 30 seconds left. Kudos to War Eagle for pulling out the comeback win, but Auburn was outplayed most of the day by a supposedly subpar opponent. After what I say today, I don't see Auburn doing much this year...in fact I doubt the become bowl eligible.

Can't miss games left to watch today?

Oregon vs. LSU no doubt.
Georgia vs. Boise St. for sure.

After that...hmmm....

I'm curious to see what USC team we'll see this year, so I'll be keeping an eye in USC/Minnesota.

South Florida/Notre Dame is a curious game.

I'm curious to see Stanford minus Harbaugh, and Andrew Luck. I'm sure it'll be a blow out, but I'll be checking in on Stanford/San Jose St.

I'll also be tuning in to see UCLA/Houston.

That's about all I'm super interested in, although I'll be watching each and every game I can.

3 more quick thoughts...

1) I forgot to mention yesterday...how bout the ref in the TCU game, when the Horned Frogs had a false start, he said: : "False start...everybody but the center." lol!!!!!

2) Shame on you silly "Auburn Fans" heading to the parking lot with your team down only 10 with 4 minutes left. What a joke. SEC fans best in the country? Yeah, when their team is winning.

3) Rad start to this USF/Notre Dame game.

I was at that Michigan/Notre Dame game last night. That was the most incredible game I have ever seen in my entire life...I don't even know how to describe it. What a freaking game.

I won't go nearly that far, but it absolutely was a heckuva game - eye-popping big plays all over the place, with some untimely ineptitudes sprinkled in at the perfect times

Disappointing Michigan loss, but what's more disappointing is how despicably dirty those MSU players were. They had players throwing punches, hitting Denard hard well after plays were over, and throwing cheap shots, one of which eventually knocked one of the most electric players in the country out of the game. What's more, they had a coaching staff who clearly didn't seem to care as their players threw cheap shots and got cheered on by teammates as they did. Even as a Michigan fan, I've never hated Michigan State...until today. I am almost speechless following that game. Absolutely unreal. If the NCAA has any backbone, they'll start handing out suspensions.
