Hey everyone,

I plan on offering a 4-league (40 total teams) Showdown at rtsports.com in 2004.

The site allows for 4-leagues in 1. This is a non-keeper league and will crown 4 league Champions and 2 Conference Champions and 1 Grand Champion.

The league expenses ($135) are coming straight outta my pocket so I'm hoping to get some committed guys (as well as some chattering fantasy football fans) to make this work -- as I think we all hate leagues that have no message board interaction and chatting all year long.

I'd love to get a couple of established leagues and/or individuals that would like to join up in this project. Each of the 4 leagues will have their own draft, player pool, transactions, and so forth. The Commish of each league is in charge. My hope is that the additional squads will lead to some additional interaction & excitement.

I'm opening this up to 24 people, as I already have 16 talkative & committed fantasy owners. The plan is to get 40 people...and a maximum of 50.

Below are the league details, scoring system. It's a very basic and realistic scoring system that is used in many leagues throughout the net.

*A decimal-point scoring (i.e you get some fractional points for every yard gained. It equates to 1 yard per every 15 rushing/receiving, but you'll get a fraction of those points for say 12 yards instead of zero)
*Individual Defensive Players

If you replied to me, I will be getting back in touch with everyone the next few days and give any additional info requested. Just seeing how much interest I can get in this before moving forward.

Looks like right now we have 25 total that could be interested thus far.

I would like to do a league with you guys 'cus I know you'll be dedicated. In my league some people started guys with bye weeks and one started Meshawn when he was inactive.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like we got around 30 owners right now. Target # is 40.

If you sent an e-mail, I will be responding to you in the next week to answer any questions. I haven't forgotten about you. I want to gauge the interest first off before I proceed.

I'm hoping once the fantasy football season ends a few more owners may show and have themselves or their leagues interested in this.
