Manning trade...

Late last night a trade was made

Team A gives Peyton Manning and Brandon Jacobs
Team B gives Phillip Rivers and Marshawn Lynch

Team A has made a couple of moves in the past (that were blocked) trying to trade injured players, just after the news broke to rookie teams. Team B is a first year player in our 11 year 12 team league.

Should this trade be allowed?

A few of us in the league don't think so. Anyone have an opinion?

Seems sketch. Not sure I would let that go through. First thing I would think is collusion.

tough call since he's new, but letting it stand would teach him a valuable lesson

I'm a first year player and I, personally, would let it stand. Even as a new guy I do my research and if someone is proposing a trade there is always a reason why. They are either weak in an area and want someone I have to fill OR they're trying to dump players like they are here. With all the Peyton Injured news plastered everywhere now I would let it go and hope that he can fend for himself.

unless you think there is collusion it should stand. if anyone playing fantasy football didnt know peyton might miss some time thats their own fault.

Unless you suspect Collusion its an approved trade (and I don't think Peyton will play a down this year). Take Peyton's injury away and this is a pretty equal trade. Hopefully he gets a lot of slack and peer pressure from the other teams in the league about his decision. Honestly, I think my guys would probably petition to vote him out for next season for not being active enough.
