Need Some Help at QB and FLEX. WHIR 100%

So I need help at a couple of positions. The first is QB:

Romo @ NYJ
Kolb vs CAR

I'm heavily leaning towards Kolb simply based on the matchups. The only thing that worries me about Kolb is his limited experience as a QB. But I think I'd rather take my chances with him than Romo @ NYJ.

The second position is at Flex. My choices are:

BenJarvus Green-Ellis @ MIA
Fred Jackson @ KC
Cedric Benson @ CLE

All play on the road, but I'm leaning towards Green-Ellis. All are pretty similar talent wise, but I think BJGE plays on the best team, which gives him the best chance to find the endzone. Not really sure what to think of Jackson this year (splliting with Spiller???), and to be honest, I don't trust anyone in a Bengals uniform, but I do know Benson is going to get close to 25 carries a game.

CIN will rely heavily on BVenson this year with a rook at the helm. I see him being an awesome flex option especially against CLE.
I also play the matchups with the QBs and play Kolb this week over Romo.
