My flex options are Ingram @ GB, F Jackson @ KC, Plax vs DAL, Evans vs PIT, Amendola vs PHI. I can start one of them. No PPR
My other starters at RB/WR are AP, Gore, Nicks and Bowe.

I like fred jackson over Ingram. Fred Jackson will give you a respectable fantasy performance. For me, it's just too early to play ingram unless you really have to.
Your qb situation is a little more tough. I'm going with experience and starting Matt Ryan. I know it's tempting to start Stafford with all the hype, but just go with Ryan and don't be mad at yourself if Stafford ends up doing better.
Go with the safe picks in round one. Gl!

I'd go with Stafford, he may not be as "proven", but he's at least acceptable and the bears are a much better defense than tampa. Whittling it down its between Fred Jackson and Plaxico. Since Plax is sort of restarting Jackson is your more reliable choice. I guess plax has more upside possibility, but he likely that upside is i'm not sure. So go with Fred.
I say you definitely have to go with Jackson here. Ingram is just too new to know what he is going to do. You know Jackson is going to get the bulk of the carries for BUF, so he is the safest bet here.
As far as the QB situation goes, I would go with Stafford. He's got a cannon, and megatron with a favorable match-up. I think rolling the dice here could pay off big time.
But I am a UGA student, so I may be a little bias. Stafford is confident this season. One of the guys in my league waited on him at a restaurant around town about a month or 2 ago and asked Stafford if he should draft him this year. According to my bud, "Definitely man, I'm going to tear it up," was his response.
Matthew Stafford is more of a high risk/high reward kind of player, he was a rookie a year ago, but he has been impresive this preseason and in both of the games he played last year, as of weapons I rank equally Roddy against Calvin, for the matchup you want to play against TB rather than Chi's, I don't know how are they secondaries, but I heard that Chi got Meriweather. I would roll with Stafford, he is my breakout player of the year.
As for your flex roll with Fred Jackson as of now, he is still the Bills' leading runner while Ingram will most likely split carries with Pierre.
I would go with Matty Ice who's always consistent..I think the Falcons will pound the Bears defense with Michael Turner early on which will open up things in the air for Ryan.
