Flex decision (non-PPR)

I went big on the early picks and ended up soft beyond my top RBs and WRs. Which do you think has the best upside this week:

Wes Welker @ Mia
Reggie Bush @ NE

Welker can be spotty but given the QB woes in Miami, I feel that New England will be stuffing the line. Any help greatly appreciated.

Never bet against Wes Welker! Than again this is non-PPR. Bush should get the ball alot due to QB woes and should still have enough speed to break one from time to time. Does anyone know if Miami intends to use Bush as a WR from time to time? That would be the deciding factor

I'd still go with Welker. He's a main focus in a potent offense, and Bush has never had much fantasy relevancy. Maybe that will change this year, but I'm not going to bet on it in the first game of the season.
