Which trade option is best?

I am in a 10 team leauge with some friends and the roster settings have to all be the same so everyone has 2 QBs 3 RBs 5 WRs 2 TEs 2 DEFs and 2 Ks
Then we all start 1 QB 2 RBs 3 WRs 1 TE 1 def and 1 K
Right now my starters are
QB- Tony romo (Dal)
RB- Chris Johnson (Ten) and Felix jones (Dal)
Wr- Vincent Jackson (SD), Brandon marshal (Mia) and santonio Holmes (nyj)
TE- Jimmy graham (NO)
Def- Pittsburg
K- Alex henery (Phi)
Bench
QB- Donovan McNabb (Min)
RB- jahvid best (Det)
WR- mike Thomas (Jac) michael crabtree (sf)
TE- Heath miller (pit)
Def- Philly
K- Ryan longwell

I decided that having Philli to play one week (pitts bye) wasn't worth it so Im exploring trade options. I'd perfer to upgrade my RBs or WRs. Could I trade Philly and Felix for say lesean McCoy or rashard mendanhall or Darren McFadden pr MJD. I understand that that is allitle far fetched. Or could I ship off Philly santonio and Brandon marshal for CJohnson (who is the #2 WR or the team he was drafted to) and a WR5?
Any other trade advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

not sure of your scoring settings but defenses usually score pretty low, i dont see any1 trading away a top 10 rb or wr for a defense

Trading a Defense is not very enticing...if I was sent a trade proposal that included a DEF, I automatically discount it in my evaluation of the offer.
