Should I accept this trade?? Please help!

First, I was just offered DeAngelo Williams (RB, CAR) for Brandon Marshall (WR, MIA). Please let me know what you think! Here is my roster and league information:

I am in a 10-team league with standard scoring.
QB, RB, RB, FLEX(WR/RB), WR, WR, TE, K, DEF and 6 bench.

QB - Aaron Rodgers
RB - Rashard Mendenhall
RB - Mark Ingram
RB - Jonathan Stewart
RB - Tim Hightower
RB - Ben Tate
WR - Mike Wallace
WR - Vincent Jackson
WR - Brandon Marshall
WR - Mike Thomas
WR - Robert Meachem
WR - Antonio Brown
TE - Jermichael Finley
TE - Jared Cook
K - Nate Kaeding
DEF/ST - NY Jets

I would much rather have B-Marsh then DWill. B-Marsh will do better this season I think. Dwill has JStew to split carries with and is getting older. good luck!

Even though this is a toss up, I would feel more comfortable with Marshall since DeAngelo could bust.

If that is the case do you guys have any ideas of a trade that I could maybe try to pull off then? Maybe a specific player to target, ideas of what to give up, etc. I'd like help @ RB.

Why not offer him Jonathon Stewart and Brandon Marshall for an upgrade at WR or better RB on his roster?
