I would take the chance and drop Spiller for Randy Moss. If he doesn't end up joining the Patriots you could most likely get Spiller right back off the FA or at least get someone who is equivalent.

I'd probably drop AJ Green or Steve Smith for Moss. You should know soon enough if Moss will be coming back, and then you can drop him if need be. However, if he does come back he has the talent to help you win a championship.
