I just got counter-offered

I just got counter-offered on a trade I proposed involving draft picks. I have the 10th pick in the draft and he has the 11th pick. It is a redraft league with 12 man teams starting line up is QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF, 4x bench.

I originally offered my 5th and 6th round picks for his 2nd and 12th. He countered with this trade:

I get:
2.02
7.11

He gets:
3.10
5.10

So basically I move up 20 spots and then move back 25 slots with my 2nd pick. I am really think about taking this offer.

I would take this deal, especially since it is the 2nd pick in the 2nd round.
