Trade Woodhead for McFadden handcuff in PPR?...WHIR

I wasn't able to handcuff McFadden in the draft but I was able to claim Danny Woodhead off the waiver wire.

The guy that drafted Michael Bush has Tom Brady. Since Michael Bush has no standalone value unless McFadden goes down, should I offer him Danny Woodhead for Michael Bush? That way I handcuff MCFadden and he gets a Brady-to-Woodhead connection. Or do I hang on to Woodhead for his value as a PPR back? Thanks in advance!
