Dustin Keller or Jared Cook?

Which one would you rather have as a backup TE? I have Antonio Gates as my starter, who unfortunately has the same bye week as Cook. But everything I'm reading makes it sound like Cook has a higher ceiling.

Right now, I have Keller, but Cook is available.

Cook has the higher ceiling, but I would have to go with Keller. He is more proven, and doesnt have the same bye week as your starting TE.
