I dont know how to say this in a nice way so im just going to say it........QB's are really weak but Flacco has a chance, you lack a stud rb.....Jackson should be ok and greene COULD have a break out year, but nothing after that. Your wr's are really bad outside of Vjax who should be great. Your TE is not someone you can lean on week in and week out. First thing I would do is drop Locker and pick up a TE with some upside (Kendricks)so you can play the best match up. Next you should bundle Addai and Ocho and shop them to other teams for an upgrade @WR, maybe someone like Austin. With manning being hurt Addia is going to see 8 in the box alot and Ocho and Brady are not on the same page and Brady spreads the ball around. With the right trades you end up with a solid team, but the way it stands you have almost no chance at making playoffs.Thats the best advise I can give you.......good luck
